Having a knotted up body and stressed out mind can leave you feeling older than you are, more tired and less able to simply enjoy life.
In my practice I focus on helping you to feel calm and at ease giving your mind a chance to take a well deserved break. I combine Deep Tissue, Swedish and Advanced Techniques so that you can enjoy a well rounded experience of muscle release and relaxation without having to choose between the modalities, unless of course you want to. It is up to you and what you feel is right.
Releasing the tension in your mind and body can leave you feeling more energised and stronger with an overall feeling of wellbeing.
Taking charge of your health can be so empowering.
